The public wants cheap, the agent wants cheap, and the builders want incompetent inspectors. That's business but because of it, there are millions of homes that do not meet the minimum standards to safeguard life or limb, health, property and public welfare.  Keep in mind that California is a unlicensed state with no requirements on who or what can become a home inspector.  Application of limited knowledge can end up in a life-threatening mistake.

How much will my inspection cost?

Buildings come in all sorts of shapes, sizes and ages, and the price can vary depending upon a large number of factors.

· The type of structure (single family home, condo, apartment)

· When it was built

· The total finished square footage (including finished basements)

· Number of bedrooms

· Number of full and half baths

· Presence of crawl spaces

· Additional features (pool, spa, outbuildings, etc.)

The more information you provide, the more accurate your quote will be and the better I will be able to prepare for your inspection, including bringing appropriate tools and equipment, as well as allowing adequate time to perform the inspection.

BUYERS PROFILE has no ties to any Realtor®, builder, remodeler, Inspection franchise or any other contractors.  My service is more detailed and takes more time.  Payment due at the time of the inspection.
